Attention All Staff Members

Creating New Tickets: Please make sure you choose the appropriate department in the "Assign Request To:" drop down list. The fields "Building, Room number, and Telephone number" are also now required.

Printing Issues: Please complete the following trouble shooting steps before creating a helpdesk ticket.

  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your printer.
  2. Wait 15 seconds
  3. Plug the power cord into your printer.
  4. The network should now recognize your printer. If your printer still does not work, create a helpdesk ticket below.
