Creating New Tickets: Please make sure you choose the appropriate department in the "Assign Request To:" drop down list. The fields "Building, Room number, and Telephone number" are also now required.
Printing Issues: Please complete the following trouble shooting steps before creating a helpdesk ticket.
- Unplug the power cord from the back of your printer.
- Wait 15 seconds
- Plug the power cord into your printer.
- The network should now recognize your printer. If your printer still does not work, create a helpdesk ticket below.
